End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: February 6, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Plugio ("Licensor", "we", "our", or "us") for the use of the Plugio visualization plugin for Atlassian products, including gauge, counter, and progress bar gadgets (the "Software").

By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and your valid license obtained through the Atlassian Marketplace, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software within your authorized Atlassian instance for your internal business purposes.

The Software and all copies thereof are the intellectual property of and are owned by the Licensor. The structure, organization, and code of the Software are valuable trade secrets and confidential information of the Licensor. The Software is protected by law, including but not limited to the copyright laws and international treaty provisions. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software.

5. No Data Collection

The Software does not collect, store, transmit, or process any user data, personal information, or instance data. The Software operates entirely within your Atlassian environment and renders visualizations using data accessed through Atlassian's standard APIs. 6. Updates and Support

The Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Software. Such updates may be delivered through the Atlassian Marketplace. The Licensor is not obligated to provide maintenance, support, or updates. Any updates provided shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR BE ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Software or your violation of this Agreement.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from all Atlassian instances. The Licensor may also terminate this Agreement at any time by providing notice to you.

11. Atlassian Marketplace

The Software is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Your use of the Software is also subject to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Atlassian Marketplace Terms, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, written or oral, regarding the Software.
